3) from the interview I've given I learned a lot about myself. I found that I show a great love for people and that I am very inclusive when it comes to being with people. I know that I have a love for people and love when those around me are happy and having fun but I did not know that it was that evident to those around me. The interviews did mention that I am very detail oriented and meticulous in my work but I saw how the more personable parts of my personality. I was very encouraged and happy to hear the encouragement and the love my friends have for me. I think now that my love for people and relationships with those who I love are my greatest attributes.
Nahel, I think it's great that you are so inclusive of others. I strive to be the same way in my everyday life and think that more people should be that way. I think that you should be very proud that people see this quality in you! I struggle to be detail oriented sometimes and think it's great that you have that skill. It can definitely come to play in the work force and help you to succeed in classes here. Good job! I did not complete this exercise, but here is my blog! http://meganerobb.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteHi Nahel, great job at your interviews. I think it would have been great if you would have gone into more detail about yourself on the first portion of the assignment with five points about your uniqueness of your human capital. I can identify with you in the sense that I am also detail-oriented and follow-through is important to me. One of the key points about your human capital is that you seems to bring a positive vibe to people around you, which is something that will play in your favor throughout the future stages of life since people around you enjoy sharing time with you.

This is fantastic! My best friend is just like you, I actually give him a lot of mockery over it and tell him he's OCD about it all. However, I know it is a fantastic trait because you get everything done that you need to get done, and I'm sure you never procrastinate and you are NEVER late on submissions. I could bet you're pretty much done with this class! Great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat post, I really enjoyed it! This is a trait that I honestly didn't see on anyone else's blog! A hobby of mine is painting bubba kegs, so just as you I pay a great amount of attention to details. People normally ask me why they turn out so well, but it's because I spend so much time on them to make sure that everything looks perfect and that every last detail is in its specific place. This is definitely a tedious trait, but I think it is absolutely worth it, just as I'm sure you would agree. I would send you my link but I, unfortunately, did not complete this assignment in time. Great post! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteHi! Great post with all the videos of people that know you best to describe your best attributes! It's a great trait to be detail oriented and meticulous when it comes to your work. You don't want to be represented poorly by sloppy, or messy work because that's your reputation and you want to uphold the good things. Awesome that you learned about yourself throughout the entire process, like that you're inclusive and show a great love for your friends. That will help build and strengthen your old and new relationships.

Hey Nile! Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete this assignment but I enjoyed reading about you and seeing what other people had to say. I can already tell that you are one to stay true to who you are and where you come from. This important especially today with so much peer pressure and standards. Great post. If you are interested in checking my blog out, the link is below.

Hey Nahel, I think its awesome that your friends notice how caring and loving you are towards them and others. Being meticulous and creative with your solutions are two very good traits to have when it comes to business and I can relate to that as my friends also stated that I am creative in my work. I think you have some great qualities that can help you succeed such as openness to different experiences as well as good work ethic. I myself and also spontaneous and love to get into what some call "outside of your comfort zone" scenarios. Keep up the good work and check out my post and blog!

I enjoyed your post. I think the skills you described yourself as having and the skills that others commented about you having are some of the most important to becoming successful. Being able to communicate with people and make them feel comfortable and confident in you goes a long way.

Hi Nahel
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your blog post. I thought it was really interesting how much people seem to appreciate you. One thing that really stood out to me is how authentic your feedback seemed to be. It was really cool how every person noted how caring and genuine you are.

Hi Nahel,
ReplyDeleteIt was refreshing to see people who care about others, and that all of your friends felt you were giving and caring in the most genuine way. I am curious if you thought of asking someone with whom you are not so close to see what their perception is of you. Sometimes I have had friends who seem distant and cool, only to be deep and caring once you become a part of their inner circle. Just a thought because it is important how we come across both to strong friendships as well as casual friends.
Good post.

Nahel, you have two great qualities and one of those was one that you didn't even realize you had. Being optimistic is a great quality for it will allow you to see the silver lining within all adversity. You also found out that you are an excellent people person and that is a great quality to have as a manager for it will allow you to rally your employees around you and motivate them to get the job done. Great job on this.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree, Nahel, that attention to detail is critical when trying to become a successful entrepreneur. It's also essential to think outside the box and focus on every aspect of the venture. As your videos of family and friends have shown, you're an excellent people person and very hard working and I think that both of those will help you be successful in the future. Great job on this assignment and good luck with the business venture.
ReplyDeleteNahel, great post! Like Kali says above, being detail orientated is a great quality to have. Not only does it let you catch yourself when making mistakes, but you will probably have a greater strive to make sure your product/service is the best it can be. And, as Linda commented, it is always nice to hear someone saying nice things about another. Good luck with your business idea, as well as the remainder of the course!
ReplyDeleteNahel,
ReplyDeleteWow, you definitely nailed it on the head when you said that you are very detail orientated. I think almost every person you interviewed they said that you were very OCD about how you liked things. That's something that I wish I could be more like. I like to be organized but sometimes I just don't care. Great job on your post and great job on the interviews! Check mine out at: http://ashandpeas.blogspot.com/2016/03/my-secret-sauce.html
Nahel Nahel Nahel!
ReplyDeletei love your post and I totally think you nailed it with this one! I know how brilliant you are and how funny and fantastic you are as a person! OCD isn't a bad thing! Its great that you are organized and that you like things your way! Use it to your advantage!
